Summary:
Mr. D.K., a hunter, stepped on a downed commercial power line
(7200 volts) while in the park, and received bad burns over much of his
body. He is listed in serious condition at a burn center in Ann Arbor,
Michigan. The power line is owned by a local consumer power and electric
company.

The lateness of the report is due to the fact that the incident was not
reported to the park, but was heard of indirectly at a later date.
