He and his bags and boxes were loaded into a police vehicle for transport to police headquarters. While passing through the park, the prisoner told his captors that he had bombs in his bags. They were unloaded in a sealed off area (the park's Beach Forest parking lot), and a state police bomb squad was summoned. No bombs were found.
