Incident Summary
On the 26th, at 5:30 pm, N.O., 9, and a friend were playing under the
School Street bridge when Ou fell into the Pawtucket Canal. N.O.'s friend ran
for help. Rangers and divers from the Lowell Police Department responded.
Divers recovered his body at 1:30 pm on the 27th.
