Incident Summary
On September 18th, at 7:30 pm, E.L.B., 22, died from injuries
sustained when his vehicle struck a bridge abutment at a high rate of speed.
Rain, fog and darkness at the time of the accident may have been a
contributing factors. There is no evidence of drug or alcohol involvement.
