FIELD NOTES
According to a report issued by the state of Wyoming last Friday, sales tax
collections in the four counties surrounding Yellowstone (Sublette, Fremont,
Teton and Park) in the months of June, July, August and October of 1988
jumped 4.94% from the amount collected during the same period in 1987.
Sales tax collections in those four months increased from $8.8 million in
1987 to $9.2 million in 1988. (Associated Press)
