INCIDENTS

89-20 - Great Onyx Job Corps Center - Assault

On the evening of the 13th, a 19-year-old female trainee received a
telephone call telling her to meet a friend at the mess hall garage. When
she arrived, she was confronted by an 18-year-old Job Corpsman, who
allegedly assaulted her sexually. The woman filed a complaint, a warrant
was issued and the alleged assailant was arrested yesterday on Federal
charges of aggravated sexual abuse. He will be arraigned in Federal
District Court in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

TRANSMITTALS

Memorandum: "Recreation Fee Report Analysis - Reply Due: March 31, 1989",
signed February 13th by the Acting Associate Director, Operations, and sent
yesterday to all ten regional ARD's for Operations. Requests review of for
selected parks for period of 10/88 - 1/89 to ascertain reasons for declining
fee revenues.

Memorandum: "Hotshot Crew Detailer Opportunity", signed February 13th by the
Acting Associate Director, Operations, and sent yesterday to all ten
regional ARD's for Operations. Transmits training announcement for detail
with hotshot crews.
