Q & A

apprise other readers) in this section of the Morning Report...
Q: Don Weir, FIIS: What's the status of badges at Brentwood? They've been
in a backorder situation for quite some time.
A: Bill Halainen, RAD: The long absence of badges from the inventory
came about because of two problems. The first was a misnumbered shipment
that arrived last summer and had to be returned; the second was the
cracking of the die that we've used for badges since 1969. Because of
the latter, it was necessary to get a new die made - a task which
wasn't completed until December. A large shipment of badges has just
arrived at Brentwood. Once it is checked and the staff has time to
handle the sizeable task of shipping them out, backorders will be filled.
Expected delivery time is late February.
