April 17 - 19 "Improving the Quality of Visitor Services through
Administration of the Concession Program", workshop, Holiday
Embarcadero Inn, San Diego, CA. Sponsored by WRO Division of
Concession Program Management. Along with the stated theme,
participants will discuss the Secretary's concession initiative.
All WR concession specialists, analysts and principal collateral
duty staffers dealing with concessions should attend. Region
will fund the training; travel and per diem must be paid by

workshop will deal with NPS water rights issues for field
