WASO Budget has learned that President Clinton will today sign a continuing
resolution that will be in effect through midnight on Friday, March 22nd. 
The bill, entitled H.J. Resolution 163, is the tenth continuing resolution of
the fiscal year.  The public law number is to follow.  

The conference on the omnibus FY 1996 funding bill will not be held until
this coming Wednesday, so we may have another extension next week.
