CREDITS
Finally, a note of thanks to the many, many contributors to the Morning
Report. The Morning Report would be literally impossible without the
sustained support of its many contributors, who take the time and effort to
send incident and resource management reports, calendar entries, operational
notes, quotes and other bits of information on a regular basis. So, as with
the last reel of a film, we're going to list them all to close out CY 1997.
If you've been overlooked (entirely possible given the number of submissions
this year), please send along a note for the inevitable follow-up summary to
come.
A note on the listing itself. The parks or offices associated with each
contributor are those where they were "stationed" when the report was
submitted. Some were on incident teams and therefore may be listed with the
park where they were operating; others have since transferred to other parks.
Some names appear without park or office because they weren't included in the
Morning Report entry. The entire list is in alphabetical order by last
names.
A special note of thanks at the outset to the dispatchers at Shenandoah NP,
who are the primary contact for serious incidents when other principals can
not be reached. They provided timely reports on a regular basis to both the
Morning Report and to the Washington office.
