Several concurrent national and regional problems and system 
maintenance projects have left this park and a number of other areas 
without either cc:Mail or Internet access for the past several days. 
Due to both the dearth of incoming material and the inability to send 
outgoing reports, the Morning Report was not published on Wednesday 
and will be delayed today.
