NATIONAL PARK SERVICE MORNING REPORT
To: All National Park Service Areas and Offices From: Division of Ranger Activities, Washington Office Day/Date: Tuesday, January 8, 2002 INCIDENTS 02-005 - San Antonio Missions NHP (TX) - Theft of Government Property On January 4th, park staff discovered that a Bobcat brand front-end loader and trailer were missing from a fenced and locked staging area in the park. The lock on the gate had been cut and the trailer had been hitched to a vehicle and removed from the site. The combined value of the trailer and Bobcat has been placed at $14,000. Park staff and San Antonio police are conducting a joint investigation.
