A series of programs in 16 communities in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and the District of Columbia will feature the acclaimed Lincoln actor Fritz Klein as the president-elect. Workplace Enrichment - Workplace Enrichment is offering a new series on leadership and management that will focus on inspiring and motivating practices used by leaders around the Service. Photo. Office of Human Resources - OPM has introduced a new program called Pathways, which consolidates programs for recruiting and hiring students and recent graduates. Office of Legislative and Congressional Affairs - This week's update on past and upcoming hearings and the status of legislation pertinent to the NPS. Today's summary includes a Senate hearing on FY 2012 DOI appropriations and six new bills, including two for possible new units and one for a possible new national historic trail. National Capital Region - Woody Smeck, superintendent of Santa Monica Mountains NRA, will be serving a 120-day detail as regional director for National Capital Region, effective February 13th.
