NPS/LETC - Winchester has issued a warning and recall that covers several lots of Winchester Ranger .223 lead ammunition. This warning follows on the heels of a safety notice issued for Federal Ammunition in February. Alaska Region - Joy Kucinski, Alaska Region's chief of contracting/property management, retired on March 1st after 37 years with the Service, all in Alaska.
