This focused, short term event helped the park add to its list of diptera (flies) and also provided an excellent venue for sharing the importance of insects with park visitors, staff, and volunteers. Minidoka Interment NM - Over 175 people attended this year's tenth annual Minidoka Pilgrimage, held in Boise and Twin Falls from June 21st to June 24th. Saguaro NP - Twenty-one people were sworn in as new United States citizens on the Fourth of July during a ceremony held in the park. El Malpais NM - Staff from El Malpais and El Morro National Monuments controlled more than 5,514 invasive plants in one hour around park facilities during the fourth annual “Infestival” on Tuesday, July 10th. Servicewide Training and Conference Calendar - A compilation of upcoming training courses and conferences across the nation, plus online training.
