Man Pleads Guilty To Indecent Exposure
In October 2010, special agents with the Investigative Services Branch were contacted by a California police department regarding the sexual assault of a minor that occurred within Glen Canyon National Recreation Area on the weekend of July 4, 2010. The incident occurred during a family trip to the lake and the perpetrator was known to the victim. ISB special agents in California and Arizona conducted the subsequent investigation. On February 2, 2012, the man was indicted by Coconino County for his actions, charged with child molestation, and subsequently arrested. This past January, pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to indecent exposure, a felony. [Investigative Services Branch]
