Director's Office - Director Jarvis issued an all employee memorandum yesterday afternoon entitled “Potential Shutdown of the Federal Government.” That memo is retransmitted in full.

Office of Communications - Although regular daily editions of InsideNPS will be suspended during the shutdown, the publication will remain up to transmit necessary operational information to the 3,000 or so excepted employees who will continue working Servicewide.
