Office of Legislative and Congressional Affairs - Brandon Flint and Jonathon Burpee were selected in November as the National Park Service's Bevinetto Fellows for 2014-2015. They began the fellowship program on January 13th. Glen Canyon NRA - On November 22nd, the fourth Brent McGinn and Laurie Axelsen Scholarship was presented to a student at the Northern Arizona University Seasonal Law Enforcement Training Program for being "best in class." Upper Delaware S&RR - Sean McGuinness, superintendent of Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River, is retiring today after 34 years wearing the NPS uniform. Southeast Region - Justin Unger, currently administrative officer for the National Mall, has been selected as the deputy superintendent for Everglades and Dry Tortugas National Parks. Servicewide Training Calendar - Added to today's updated calendar are the following - four wilderness stewardship and interpretation training courses, a distance education technology transfer workshop, two nationwide green purchasing webinars, and three WebEx training webinars. * * * * The Morning Report is produced by the Office of Communications with the support of the Office of the Associate Director for Information Resources.
