Beginning this summer, the Ranger-Naturalist Service in Acadia National Park becomes a permanent year-around service. "Nature Notes from Acadia," in accordance with this announcement, becomes a year-around publication and will be issued bimonthly. This, the July-August, 1933, number is the first of the bimonthly issues. The purpose of this bulletin is to make those who are interested in Acadia better acquainted with its plant and animal life and with its geologic story.
