HAWAII NATURE NOTES
THE PUBLICATION OF THE
NATURALIST DIVISION, HAWAII NATIONAL PARK
AND THE HAWAII NATURAL HISTORY ASSOCIATION
Introduction
The following links are to issues of Natures Notes, plus Special
Issues of Nature Notes which were published for Hawaii National Park (later
separated into Hawai'i Volcanoes and Haleakala National Parks). Like
many National Park units which published similar newsletters and
booklets over the years spanning the 1920s to the early 2000s, Hawaii
National Park published issues which featured both
the natural world of the Hawaiian Islands, but also topics of cultural
and historical interest.
A General
Index to Lassen Nature Notes, 1932-1936 and Hawaii Nature Notes, 1931-1933
was compiled under the direction of Hazel Hunt Voth by workers provided by the
Works Progress Administration in 1938.
