NOTE: ARO's Division of Subsistence was established in 1987. In the fall of 1995, the division name was changed to Subsistence/Legal. The division was disbanded in the spring of 1996. Dave Mills, an ADF&G employee, worked for the NPS under the auspices of the Inter-Personnel Act (IPA).
