Description: | Japanese strong point at Adotegan Point, at the northern end of Dadi beach, Agat beachhead. Thirty foot diameter cave dug into rock covered the artillery emplacement. In cave along the cliff machine gun ports were cut through the side of the cave and were formed with concrete. An underground trench served for communication from the cave to the artillery emplacement. The cave also served as living quarters. Barbed wire encircled the point. October 5, 1944.
