Description: | Marine Forces pursuing Japanese attackers of hospital-Marines of headquarters engineering and signal company troops of the Third Marine Division who were rallied after the dawn attack of the Japanese on the third Marine Division Navy field hospital in Nilaud River Valley. Marines are shown advancing up a side of a valley where they killed 59 Japanese in addition to 17 killed at the edge of the hospital grounds and 14 run down and killed after the Marine War Dogs pointed them out in the brush and nearby caves.
