Summary:
Diving Fatality

Mr. D.J. and a friend were diving in 50' of water searching for a lost
boat winch. They found it, and D.J. went to the surface to get some
rope. His partner waited 10 minutes for him, then surfaced to look for him.
At about the same time, a ranger arrived on the scene, and the two of them
found D.J. floating on the surface, his regulator out of his mouth, and
unconscious. There was still air in his tanks. Attempts to revive him were
fruitless. The coroner ruled his death as heart failure.
