Summary:
S.B. was one of four divers who were diving to 140' off the beach.
He went down, but never came back up. Two of his fellow divers dove to
210' before finding his body. Because of the haste needed to find him and
bring him up, the two who recovered him had to be taken to a decompression
chamber to deal with the bends. They were reported to be doing OK. No
cause for the fatality has been determined.
