Natural Bridges - The park commemorated its centennial at a ceremony this past Wednesday. Since it was the first national park created in Utah, the theme of its year-long celebration is “100 Years of National Parks in Utah.”

National Partnership Office - National Park Week 2008, which runs from April 19th to the 27th 2008, begins this Saturday. The theme this year is "Kids In Parks".

NPS Alumni - Trent Taylor, a protection ranger who worked at Colonial NHP for many years, passed away in Fredericksburg, Virginia, on Sunday, April 6th. He was 61.

Training Calendar - A listing of upcoming training courses offered by both the NPS and its partners across the nation. Added to this week's listing is the announcement for FY 2009 Albright-Wirth grant applications, park planning courses at NCTC and Hawaii Volcanoes, and a TEL station session next week on the interagency pass program.
