United States Park Police - United States Park Police collaborative incident planning and management are featured in a cover story entitled “Protecting Life and Civil Liberties: Masters of Collaboration” in a recent edition of DomPrep Journal.


Carlsbad Caverns NP - For two nights in mid-December, Carlsbad Caverns National Park offered “'Rock of Ages” historic lantern tours, an annual tradition at the cave.


Office of Communications - The National Park Service has awarded more than $13 million in historic preservation grants to help states and territories preserve and protect our nation's historic sites.


Lake Mead NRA - Gary Warshefski, deputy superintendent of Lake Mead National Recreation Area, will be hanging up his flat hat for the last time on January 3rd after nearly 39 years of federal service.


Northeast Region - Northeast Region has announced the recipients of its natural resource awards for 2013. They were selected for their remarkable achievements both this year and throughout their careers.
