Saguaro NP - Saguaro National Park and the Southeast Arizona Group parks hosted a week-long “sister park” meeting in late February for more than 20 Mexican national park biologists and managers from eight parks.


Office of Risk Management - As a result of the feedback from the field on the draft NPS safety, health and wellness strategy, this initiative has expanded from a strategy framework into the development of a comprehensive strategic planning package.


Office of Communications - The movement of all non "Plan Your Visit" sections of park websites into two top-level navigation items - "Learn About the Park" and "Get Involved" - has been completed.


Geologic Resources Division - The Geologic Resources Division has produced a series of GIS-based interactive energy and mineral-related maps that will make it possible to determine the proximity of energy and mineral resources to NPS and affiliated areas.


Golden Spike NHS - Tammy Benson, chief of operations at Golden Spike National Historic Site, will be retiring on March 31st after 30 years with the National Park Service.
