Office of Communications - The Service's web team is striving to make NPS.gov mobile-friendly by ensuring it functions well on the wide variety of devices, browsers, and network speeds that are used by visitors to access NPS web content.


Office of Communications - Director Jarvis will hold his next webchat on Tuesday, March 24th, from 2 to 2:30 p.m. NPS Centennial Coordinator Alexa Viets will join in to talk about National Park Week and the launch of 'Find Your Park.'


Operational Leadership - Five years ago, Learning & Development managers began a partnership to assist the fledgling Operational Leadership program. It has been a great success.


Cultural Resources Directorate - Technical Preservation Services has released the Fiscal Year 2014 annual and statistical reports on the Historic Preservation Tax Incentives Program.


Pacific West Region - Christine Lehnertz, currently regional director for Pacific West Region, has been named the new superintendent of Golden Gate National Recreation Area.


Submerged Resources Center - Michael “Pike” Spector, a graduate in marine biology from the University of California at Santa Cruz, has been selected as this year's National Park Service diving intern.


Cape Lookout NS - Bryant “BG” Horvat has been selected as the new chief of interpretation and education for Cape Lookout National Seashore. he is currently a ranger at Carlsbad Caverns National Park.


Upcoming Training Calendar - The following have been added to this week's calendar - a course on facilitation skills for trainers, a new online orientation to integrated pest management, and an opportunity for parks to host international delegates to the upcoming World Ranger Congress for training or shadowing assignments.
