Another summer season is at hand and the entire personnel of Mt. Rainier Nat'l Park extends a cordial welcome to everyone.

To those who contemplate spending a few weeks here this summer or to those who must of necessity, postpone their visit to "The Mountain" the May issue of Nature News Notes will serve as a means of familarizing you with some of the distinctive features of this region.
